Creeks Baseball

FALL 2023 TRYOUTS

Creeks Baseball Club has been developing baseball players for more than 20 years, many of which play at the college level and beyond which is evident when you see our Wall of Fame in the center of Rivertown Fields. What is the CBC difference? It’s the family environment you’ll instantly recognize when you join our club. Rivertown, our home fields, is also one of the most impressive baseball parks you’ll find across Northeast Florida with our Stadium Field as the center stage for our athletes. Even though Rivertown is an impressive baseball park, CBC remains committed to making necessary improvements at Rivertown to provide our families and athletes with an exceptional experience. One of the biggest reasons people join Creeks Baseball Club is our talented roster of baseball coaches who have all played in college, and many of which are coaching at area high schools. These coaches have a keen understanding of the importance of developing an all-around great and versatile baseball player.

We play competitive, travel baseball but we also understand what matters more than the trophies and the rings: we focus on mechanics, age-appropriate development and ensuring that when your 13 year old transitions to the “big fields” and when your 15 year old moves into high school, they’re more than ready! Creeks Baseball Club offers travel baseball teams from 7U through 14U and also includes 12U Cooperstown teams and a 14U Underclass Summer program that involves the Omaha SlumpBuster tournament during the College World Series, giving your baseball player an opportunity of a lifetime!

Creeks Baseball Club is often complimented for hosting an excellent tryout experience. Each athlete receives a CBC tryout shirt, it’s important to us that athletes new to our tryouts don’t feel like an “outsider” because they’re not wearing a CBC jersey. Each athlete is evaluated by multiple coaches from their age division. Our CBC volunteers are on hand to answer any questions parents might have about how our Fall Season works: from practices and tournament schedules to uniforms and fees. All we ask is that you let your athletes focus on their tryout and leave the coaching to us. It’s likely the boys are nervous, even if they have been playing for years. We want them to do their best without any added pressure from the most important and influential people in their lives…their parents.

Our goal is to have our rosters set quickly after our make up tryouts on Monday, July 31st.  We will post team rosters on our website as soon as ALL TEAMS have been set and we anticipate that will happen shortly after make up tryouts. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages – that’s where we’ll let you know when teams are posted on the website.

We know there are countless options when trying to figure out what the best program is for your athlete. There are new baseball programs popping up all the time. And we also know that CBC might not be the right fit. But when asked about the CBC difference, our families will tell you it’s the coaches, the facilities and the excellent development they see in their child season after season. And it’s also the special environment you’ll notice at Creeks Baseball Club that’s been going on for more than two decades.  We are a program where memories are made, great baseball players are developed and teams become like family. Once a Riverhawk, always a Riverhawk!
