COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
My main goals as a coach are to develop each kid as if they were my own. Our foundation is set as a family environment and I believe that treating my baseball “family” with fairness, honesty and great work ethic gives them the best experience possible.

Atlanta Braves, my college roommate was Brian Snitker’s son, Troy Snitker.
FAVORITE MEMORY COACHING OR PLAYING
I have a ton of memories playing and coaching, but believe it or not my favorite memory was a loss.
I was coaching a top 5 team in the country and lost in the 13U PG World Series on a pop up that fell in between two infielders.
The kids were devastated as well as the coaches, I believe that group learned more from that loss than all of their other wins combined. They grew up that year, and that loss helped them turn into great young men and now have become the most successful group I have ever coached on and off the field.
