This recognition is about more than wins and losses. It represents leadership, commitment, and the lasting impact a coach has on players both on and off the field. Coach Bryce embodies what it means to wear the CBC logo with pride.
Throughout the 2024 season, Coach Bryce consistently showed up for his players. He poured into their development, challenged them to compete at a higher level, and created an environment where hard work and character matter just as much as performance. His dedication to the game and to the young athletes he leads does not go unnoticed.
At CBC, we believe great coaches shape more than ballplayers. They build confidence. They teach resilience. They model integrity. Coach Bryce does all of that and more.
Being named Coach of the Year is a reflection of the respect he has earned from players, families, and fellow coaches across our organization. We are grateful for his time, his energy, and the positive example he sets within our club.
