13U and 14U must attend both tryout dates
7u are encouraged to come sunday for a sling scrimmage

Please fill out the registration form below. Any blank fields will result in your child’s registration getting kicked out.

Each athlete will be evaluated by every coach in their age group on hitting, fielding, running as well as other primary position drills for most age groups.

In addition, your athlete will be evaluated on their attitude and effort as this is an integral part of our program.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes early to check-in at registration. And please ensure your athlete has all the proper athletic equipment for evaluations (glove, bat, helmet, cleats). Each athlete will be given a CBC tryout shirt at check-in to wear at evaluations.

- We the parents/legal guardians of the above named child, registering for the baseball programs governed by CBC Creeks Baseball Club, hereby give our consent for our child’s participation in all activities associated with said program. In consideration of registration, we agree to release and waive CBC Creeks Baseball Club, all agents, directors, officers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors and employees, of liability arising from personal injury, other than provisions covered under the parks maintained insurance policies, which may occur as a result of participation in the Parks activities.
