My philosophy with youth baseball is to ensure the kids understand that the most important thing at this age is to have FUN while learning the game through correct fundamentals, mechanics, and advanced drills. Teaching positive attitudes and great sportsmanship through all situations. Making sure kids learn multiple positions and growing their baseball IQ. By teaching these things in a fun positive way, and not focusing on the wins at a young age, helps these kids be setup for success as they grow older.
