WHY DID YOUR FAMILY CHOOSE CBC?
A close friend of ours let us know about the great experience they were having at CBC and encouraged us to come out. CBC has great fields and high school coaches that really focus on the development and mechanics of the game. CBC is a place where kids get a lot of reps at practice and coaching. The emphasis is on developing the young man’s skills to be the best baseball player he can be.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY OR ASPECT OF OPENING DAY?
Seeing all the families come together to support the organization and the history behind it. Seeing all the teams on the field, from the older boys all the way down to the 7 and 8U, is very special.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE SEASON AT CBC?
Last season was a great season; we watched the team really grow and progress from day one till the end of the season. Our coach is very good with the young boys and does a great job of getting the most out of them. The boys really exceeded expectations. The other aspect that really stood out was the family’s support for the team and the coaches; their support was off the charts. To have parents who enjoy being around each other, cheer for the whole team, and give such support to the coaches created a great atmosphere and one that I will not forget. It was a special season.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MLB TEAM?
I guess you would say I try to follow the Atlanta Braves. The truth is I would rather watch our young boys play baseball and follow all of our teams on gamechanger. I believe in our process.
